A permanent one-way half-diamond rerailer for fixed track locations. The panel rises two inches above the rail to engage the wheel flange, with applications at building approaches, scales and unloading pits.
Features and application limits

- Customer supplies nine 13-ft ties.
- Made to order and shipped in raw steel; yellow shown in illustrations is not the supplied finish.
- Submit track and sizing details with the quote request. Commercial and deposit terms will be confirmed in the quotation.
- 4018-11: 20 tons per wheel for standard freight cars; listed weight 5,500 lb.
- 4018-23: 40 tons per wheel for torpedo cars and other extra-heavy railcars; listed weight 6,050 lb.
