BullFrog straddle rerailers use armor-grade steel plate and broad tie-bearing surfaces to support rerailing of standard-size freight cars and locomotives. The plate design reduces pair weight by 160 pounds compared with the referenced cast straddle design.
Features and application limits
- For rails 90–142 lb.
- Maximum axle load: 72,000 lb (36 US tons).
- Each rerailer weighs 110 lb.
- Includes a replaceable safety chain and latch hook.
- Sold individually; use a matching left/right pair.
