A one-inch steel adapter plate provides a bolted mounting foundation for a custom-sized one-way or two-way hinged derail on steel ties. The plate is welded across three steel ties and accommodates rail clips without changing the track arrangement.

- The middle Pandrol clip must be removed during installation.
